This will be our 3rd visit to this beautiful island location. The spiritual need is so great. There are less than 1% Christians and most are foreigners living in the country. We will serve with CAPRO/Calvary Ministries which has 700 missionaries in 35 countries working with unreached people groups. We will also be working in conjunction with Africa Inland Mission International (AIM). They have been working in this island country for over 10 years teaching English, Bible translation and evangelism.
Those that are believers in this country meet, worship and study God's word in secret due to persecution. We pray and believe that this outreach will be pivotal in encouraging some of the current believers to carry the missionary work forward. If you have a heart for discipleship of new believers we ask that you join this team.
The people on this island have limited access to healthcare. We pray that the compassionate love of Jesus through the medical care will draw many hearts to Christ. We will not be able to openly evangelize, however as God leads we will be able to lay hands on the sick and pray. Trusting God to see many miracles.
We desire medical professionals (physicians, physician assistants, dentists, medical students, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, nurses, optometrists, physical/occupational therapists. Sorry but there is no more space for non-medical volunteers on this trip. We hope that you will join a future trip.

This is to ensure that our volunteers have the most positive experience over all.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- You must complete and pass our background check. We also require 3 references. You will receive information about this after your application is approved.
- Passport with 2 blank pages and at least 6 months expiration date past return date of trip.
- Medical professionals please submit diploma, medical license and resume by 3/1/2025
- Consider obtaining Hepatitis A and typhoid vaccines. Also prescription medication to prevent malaria.
Responsibilities
- Will be explained in first meeting, which is held via zoom video conference
- We ask each participant to attend team meetings, be on time during the trip and attend all trip activities
Restrictions
- You must be 18 years old or older
Preparation
- Please complete application, authorize background check, sign waivers and release form and return by 3/1/2025. You are not charged the application fee until your application is approved.
- Submit $300 deposit within 2 weeks of registering for this trip. (This $300 is part of your total trip cost). Space for this trip is limited.
