Guinea is located in West Africa. We will serve amongst a people group of 121,000 that is unreached with the gospel. Approximately one third have Islamic beliefs with the remaining traditional/tribal beliefs. Our established partners: Community Church Ministries, Inc are committed to evangelism of this people group through prayer, relationship building, clean water wells and discipleship. During our time in Guinea we will serve in 4 different areas amongst this people group. We will provide screenings, treatment and health education. We pray that they see the love of Jesus and that many will be saved.
We desire medical professionals: doctors, physician assistants, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, medical students, first responders, physical therapists, pharmacists. Sorry but there is no more space for non-medical volunteers on this trip. We hope that you will join a future trip.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- You must complete and pass our background check. You will receive this information after your application is approved.
- Each participant will need to provide 3 references. They will receive information regarding this after their application is approved.
- Passport with 2 blank pages and at least 6 months past return date of trip. Provide clear color copy of passport page with your application.
- Medical professionals please provide clear copies by 11/1/2024 of your diploma (matching healthcare profession), professional license, current resume.
- Consider obtaining Hepatitis A and oral typhoid vaccines. **** Yellow fever is required.
- A visa is required. You will need 2 passport photos for this. This will be discussed at 1st team meeting held via zoom.
Responsibilities
- We ask each participant to attend team meetings, including devotions. Please be on time during the trip and attend all trip activities.
- We expect participants to be a team player, demonstrate flexibility and be an example of Christ at all times. We will discuss further at our team meetings held via zoom.
Restrictions
- You must be 18 years or older

- Complete application, background check, provide references, complete waiver/release forms (see attached)
- Start fundraising and submit required payment by due date
- Start praying for this outreach
- Obtain yellow fever vaccine
